After studying industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Heinz Bräuer worked for more than 20 years in a management role for medium-sized management consultancies and investment companies whose shareholders included banks and auditing firms. His move into self-employment as a consulting industrial engineer led him to a company of ALSUNA Holding GmbH as interim manager, where he initially took over the commercial management and then became managing director. After moving to the commercial management of an owner-managed medium-sized company, he returned to ALSUNA Holding GmbH in 2017 and is now responsible for the consulting, investment and support business as its sole managing director. His personal consulting focus is on controlling/finance, restructuring/reorganization and investment management.
